What are the maintenance methods of automatic stamping production line equipment?

Here's a practical and directly executable maintenance method for automatic stamping production line, covering the whole set of contents such as punch, three-in-one feeder, manipulator, electrical, pneumatic circuit and die, which is clear and easy to remember.

Maintenance method of automatic stamping production line

I. Daily maintenance (per shift/day)

clean

Clean the surface of equipment, molds, feeding rollers, and table tops for iron filings, oil stains, and wastes.

Clean the surfaces of photoelectric switches and sensors to prevent false signals.

check

Check whether the emergency stop, safety door and grating are normal.

Check for abnormal sound, vibration, oil leakage and air leakage.

Check whether the feeding is smooth, whether there is deviation or slippage.

lubricate

Fill manual butter and chain oil as required.

Check whether there is enough oil in the automatic lubrication system.

Gas path inspection

Check whether the air pressure is stable (0.5 ~ 0.7 MPa).

Drain the accumulated water in the filter to prevent moisture from entering the cylinder.

Second, weekly maintenance

Fastening inspection

Check whether the anchor bolts, connecting bolts and coupling screws are loose.

Check whether the feeder, punch and manipulator are firmly fixed.

Transmission parts inspection

Adjustment of chain and belt tightness and inspection of wear and tear.

Lubrication of gears and synchronous wheels.

Feeding and leveling mechanism

Clean the oil stain on the surface of leveling roller and feeding roller.

Check the roller for indentation and damage.

Cylinder and solenoid valve

Check whether the cylinder moves smoothly, whether there is crawling or air leakage.

The solenoid valve is clean to prevent sticking.

Third, monthly maintenance

Comprehensive maintenance of lubrication system

Replace or replenish lubricating oil and hydraulic oil.

Clean lubricating pump, oil pipe and distributor.

Electrical system inspection

Fasten the terminal to prevent loosening and heating.

Check whether the motor temperature and running current are normal.

Clean the dust in the electric cabinet, and check the fan and heat dissipation.

Safety device verification

Test the effectiveness of safety grating, safety door interlock and two-hand button.

Check the sensitivity of limit switch and proximity switch.

Mold maintenance

Clean the mold and check the wear of the cutting edge.

Guide post guide sleeve lubrication, check the spring and ejector pin.

Fourth, quarterly/semi-annual maintenance

Mechanical precision detection

Check the levelness of the equipment and the parallelism of the slide block of the punch.

Re-survey the center line of the feeder to prevent long-term use deviation.

Hydraulic/pneumatic system maintenance

Replace hydraulic oil filter element and air filter element.

Check the pressure of hydraulic system and whether there is internal leakage.

Motor and reducer

Check the oil level of the reducer and change the gear oil if necessary.

Detect the temperature and abnormal sound of motor bearing.

control system

Backup PLC and servo parameters.

Check the running state of servo motor and encoder signal.

V. Annual overhaul and maintenance

Completely disassemble and inspect key components (bearings, gears, cams and connecting rods).

Replace aging oil seal, sealing ring and wearing parts.

Recalibrate the levelness, coaxiality and feeding accuracy of the whole machine.

Comprehensive inspection of electrical wiring, replacement of aging wires.

The whole equipment shall be painted, rustproof and anticorrosive.

Six, special maintenance of key equipment

1. Three-in-one thick plate feeder

Regularly clean leveling roller and feeding roller to prevent material sticking.

The tension cylinder and the pressing cylinder are lubricated regularly.

The servo feeding system checks the belt and coupling.

Check the brake and stop mechanism of the material rack for wear.

2. Punch press

Check and adjust the gap between clutch and brake.

Sliding block guide rail and crankshaft lubrication.

Check the balance cylinder and overload protection system.

3. Stamping manipulator/robot

Clean and lubricate guide rail and slide block.

Check and replace the sucker and fixture for wear.

Re-measurement of motion trajectory accuracy.

Seven, maintenance considerations

Maintenance must be powered off and operated, and warning signs should be hung.

Use the specified oil products according to the equipment instructions, and do not mix them.

Stop the machine immediately if any abnormality (abnormal sound, fever and oil leakage) is found, and it is forbidden to run in spite of illness.

Establish maintenance records to facilitate traceability and fault prediction.

Keep the environment around the equipment clean and tidy, and reduce dust and iron filings from entering the mechanism.
