What should be paid attention to in the installation and debugging of precision automatic stamping production line equipment?

The installation and debugging of precision automatic stamping production line equipment is the key link to ensure the efficient operation of equipment, the accuracy reaches the standard and the production safety, and the whole process from preliminary preparation to late acceptance should be strictly controlled. The following are the core items that should be paid attention to during installation and debugging:

First, the preparatory stage: planning and environmental adaptation

1. Site planning and infrastructure inspection

Spatial layout: Plan the channel spacing according to the equipment size of the production line (such as punch, feeder, mold library, etc.), so as to ensure that the operating space of personnel is ≥ 1.2m and the logistics channel is ≥ 2.5m after the equipment installation, so as to avoid interference.

Bearing capacity of the ground: the self-weight of the stamping equipment is heavy (for example, the high-speed punch can reach several tons), so it is necessary to confirm the bearing capacity of the ground (usually ≥5 tons/m2), and if necessary, pour a reinforced concrete foundation or install a damping pad.

Environmental conditions:

Temperature: control at 15-35℃ to avoid oil leakage of hydraulic system or failure of electronic components caused by high temperature;

Humidity: humidity ≤60% to prevent electrical components from being short-circuited by moisture;

Dust: Dust removal system shall be installed in the workshop, and the dust concentration shall be ≤ 5 mg/m to avoid affecting the accuracy of the sensor.
