In order to maintain the mechanical properties of the three feeding machine and the safety of machinery, and to take into account the improvement of production skills, please check the following,

1, to the oil, press the machine of the grease gun can be for the roller of the gear and bearing and gear oil.

2, in addition to water; three point combination, press or rotation of the bottom of the water tank under the button, in order to remove the excess water.

The drain valve of the gas tank can be opened, and the water content in the gas storage tank can be removed.

Maintenance inspection

1, timer (timer) is normal

2, remove the foreign body between the roller.

4, oil pressure pressure is normal, the pressure gauge is normal, and the pressure gauge indicates whether the normal pressure.

5, air pressure gas supply system is leaking.

8, if there is damage, deformation, abnormal noise or other abnormal.

Periodic inspection

Timing cam switch check:

Transport and movements have wear

Whether there is oil pollution

Whether the contact part has wear

Hydraulic machinery piping is good.

2, NC servo system inspection

NC servo system should avoid the dust of Egypt corrosive substances, the ambient temperature should be kept properly, the cooling fan is working properly.

The wire connection of the servo motor is loose, whether the wire will be damaged or not.

4) regular cleaning of the hydraulic station above the two air cooler, prevent debris, dust and other stained in the air cooler, the effect of the cooling effect of the hydraulic station.

Three color warning lamp:

Green: the normal operation of equipment (inch, inch back, single and automatic mode)

Yellow: feeding part of the standby (inch, inch back, single and automatic mode without action)

Red and make a sound: abnormal equipment / emergency stop.
